Shipping policy

At Shahanah, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. All our prices are listed in PKR, and payment is required at the time of purchase using the methods available at checkout. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and dispatched within our standard handling time.

We charge a flat shipping fee of PKR 200 on all orders. However, if your order is above PKR 5,000, you’ll enjoy free shipping anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier services, and while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays beyond our control may occur.

Please note that all sales at Shahanah are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any products, so we encourage you to review product details carefully before placing your order. The only exception is if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect. In that case, please reach out to us within a few days of receiving your parcel so we can resolve the issue.

Our team makes every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or your device’s screen settings. All designs, images, and content on our website belong to Shahanah and cannot be used without permission.
